Terms of Service — CoTrackPro MCP Connectors

These terms govern use of the CoTrackPro MCP connectors (cotrackpro and mermaid-renderer) via an MCP client such as Claude or ChatGPT.

1. What the service is

The connectors expose CoTrackPro's orchestration graph and a mermaid image renderer. All outputs are educational and informational only — they are not legal advice and not clinical advice, and they do not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, or any other professional relationship. Verify anything consequential with a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the connectors to:

fabricate statutes, citations, dates, quotes, or evidence;
harass, dox, or target any person, including any minor;
submit content you have no right to process; or
circumvent the safety, neutrality, and PII-handling controls described in ../.agents/rules/cotrackpro-guardrails.md and ../SECURITY.md.

These obligations are non-negotiable and form part of these terms by reference; the linked files are the canonical source.

3. Authentication and access

Access requires a valid GitHub OAuth token, and may be restricted to an allowlist of GitHub logins. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your identity.

4. Availability and changes

The connectors are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or the whole service at any time, and may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoTrackPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the connectors, nor for decisions made in reliance on their educational output.

6. SMS and voice reminders

The optional reminders channel (SMS and outbound voice) is opt-in and consent-based, governed by ../mcp/twilio-sms.yaml. Reminders are educational and informational only — not legal or clinical advice. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, which is honored within one message; outbound voice calls require separate voice consent. No personal or case detail is read aloud on a call or composed into a message body. The safety, neutrality, and PII-handling obligations in §2 apply in full to this channel.
